Precautions For Laying And Pasting
1. The adhesive should be selected with a matching specializedadhesive to ensure bonding strength and no alkali return. Antialkali tile grout and silicone building sealant can be selectedaccording to design requirements.
2.0utdoor pasting cannot be spot pasted, and the wall pastingdegree must reach 80% or above.
3.Products with a size of 600X3000MM or larger require double-sided plastering, that is, plastering on the wall and the backof the product, and cannot be done on only one side.
4. During outdoor construction, avoid exposure to rain within48 hours of pasting, otherwise it may peel off or return toalkali; The construction environment temperature should not belower than 5 Cor higher than 40C. When it is higher than 40C, shading measures should be taken to avoid rapid evaporationof high-temperature water and insufficient hydration time ofthe adhesive, which may reduce the bonding strength;Construction should not be carried out under ice and snowconditions, otherwise the product may fall off after theweather warms up; When the humidity is high, it takes a longertime for the specialized adhesive to completely dry and cure.Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the weatherconditions and take emergency measures before laying to ensurethe quality of construction.
